She abused the power of her office; she violated her neighbors' civil rights; she violated the Poway Code of Ethics; and she demanded preferential treatment from the Poway Fire Department. The City Council, the Chieftain and the Union Tribune have asked her to step down - she has refused.5,657 petition signatures are required to allow the people to decide if Rexford should be removed AND who will replace her.
